From the AD: Issues with Registering Your Athlete?

Problem and Solutions:
#1. Problem: If I cannot log into the site and you are not getting an email back.
Solution: Please have the parent sign in as a guest and complete. This may have to do with Powerschool. Still working on it.
#2. Problem: Forms have been rejected.
Diagnosis: I believe the problem is if you are selecting the Photo (.jpeg) options to upload it is only showing the first page. The physical is 5 pages this year (and two from last), and I am only getting one page. I have contacted Rank 1 and we are working on ways to improve. Solution: Convert a photo into a PDF. If you do not have a scanner, see links below how to do it.
